It’s a full festival experience onboard! You’ll cruise while being immersed in Afro-centric entertainment and surrounded by celebrities and cultural influencers.
The AfroBeats at Sea Pre-Book gives you priority access to reserve your preferred cabin category before the Public On Sale.
A Pre-Book is made by cabin, with a deposit of $250 per guest based on the anticipated number of guests occupying that cabin. All cabins are subject to a minimum double-occupancy requirement, so the minimum Pre-Book deposit for any cabin is $500, including for a solo traveler occupying a cabin alone.
Pre-Book purchasers who complete the required confirmation process by the stated deadline will receive priority for the cabin category selected during Pre-Book, before remaining inventory is released to the public.
Additional ship, sailing, itinerary, pricing, and booking details will be provided as planning is finalized.
Yup. Pre-Book deposits are refundable through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 14th calendar day following the Official Ship and Sailing Announcement by AfroBeats at Sea. A $50 administrative cancellation fee applies once per cancelled cabin/Pre-Book reservation, not per guest. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@afrobeatsatsea.com before the applicable deadline. Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and returned. After the 14-day refund period expires, Pre-Book deposits become nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by AfroBeats at Sea.
