About Afrobeats at Sea
Afrobeats at Sea is a multi-night, adults-only cruise experience featuring music, entertainment, cultural programming, activities, and related events.
AfroWorld Entertainment LLC operates and promotes the Afrobeats at Sea experience but is not the owner or operator of the cruise ship. Cruise transportation and certain onboard services will be provided by the applicable cruise line and other independent vendors.
Cruise details, including the ship, itinerary, ports, entertainment schedule, and activities, may be announced or updated as planning progresses.
Age Requirement
Afrobeats at Sea is intended for guests who are at least 21 years old by the date of sailing.
Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification and satisfy all age-verification requirements imposed by Afrobeats at Sea, the cruise line, payment providers, venues, or governmental authorities.
Failure to meet the age requirement does not create a right to a refund.
Reservations and Booking Eligibility
A reservation is not confirmed until:
- The required deposit or payment has been successfully received
- The guest has provided all required booking information
- The reservation has been accepted by Afrobeats at Sea or its authorized booking provider
- The guest has agreed to all applicable booking terms and policies
Afrobeats at Sea reserves the right to reject or cancel incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible reservations.
Cabins, categories, pricing, promotions, and availability are limited and may change without notice before a reservation is completed.
Pricing and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars.
Advertised prices may be based on double occupancy or another stated occupancy level. Additional charges may apply for single occupancy, upgraded accommodations, additional guests, taxes, port fees, gratuities, insurance, transportation, excursions, hotel stays, and other optional services.
The full price and included services will be disclosed during the booking process.
Afrobeats at Sea is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, card-issuer fees, or other charges imposed by a guest’s financial institution.
Deposits and Payment Plans
Guests may be offered the option to secure a reservation with a deposit and pay the remaining balance through scheduled installment payments.
The amount of the deposit, payment schedule, payment deadlines, and remaining balance will be disclosed during booking.
By selecting a payment plan, the person making the reservation authorizes the designated payment method to be charged according to the disclosed schedule.
Guests are responsible for:
- Maintaining a valid payment method
- Keeping billing and contact information current
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available
- Reviewing payment confirmations and account communications
- Reporting suspected payment errors promptly
A declined or missed payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the reservation if the account is not brought current within the time allowed.
Refunds and Cancellations
All reservations, deposits, payments, cancellations, transfers, and refund requests are governed by the separately published Refund and Cancellation Policy and any additional booking terms accepted during checkout.
Presale deposits are refundable until 14 calendar days after the official cruise ship and sailing details are announced by Afrobeats at Sea.
After that refund period expires, deposits and installment payments become nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.
Approved refunds may require approximately 30 to 45 days to process and will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Guest Information and Responsibility
The person making the reservation is responsible for providing complete and accurate information for all guests included in the booking.
Guests must promptly report changes to:
- Legal names
- Email addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Billing information
- Cabin occupants
- Identification or travel-document information
- Other required reservation details
Names provided during booking should match the government-issued identification and travel documents that will be used for boarding.
Errors, omissions, or late changes may result in administrative fees, cruise-line charges, delays, denial of boarding, or cancellation.
Travel Documents and Boarding Requirements
Each guest is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for travel, including:
- Valid government-issued identification
- Passports, when required
- Visas or travel authorizations
- Immigration documents
- Health documentation
- Parental or legal authorization, if applicable
- Any other documentation required by the cruise line, port authorities, or governmental agencies
Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, itinerary, and destination.
Afrobeats at Sea does not provide legal, immigration, or passport advice and is not responsible if a guest is denied boarding, entry, reentry, or transportation because of missing, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient documentation.
Denial of boarding for failure to meet travel requirements does not create a right to a refund.
Cruise-Line Terms
All guests must comply with the passenger contract, ticket terms, health and safety requirements, prohibited-items policies, codes of conduct, and other rules imposed by the applicable cruise line.
The cruise line retains authority over ship operations, passenger safety, boarding, security, itinerary decisions, onboard conduct, and removal of passengers.
A guest who is denied boarding or removed from the ship for violating cruise-line rules, applicable law, or safety requirements is not entitled to a refund from Afrobeats at Sea.
Artists, Entertainment, and Programming
Artists, DJs, performers, hosts, speakers, instructors, schedules, venues, themes, activities, and programming are subject to change.
No particular artist, performer, host, activity, port, or schedule is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
The inability or failure of a particular artist or performer to appear does not automatically constitute cancellation of the overall Afrobeats at Sea experience and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Afrobeats at Sea may substitute, modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel individual activities when reasonably necessary.
Itinerary and Ship Changes
The cruise line, port authorities, governmental agencies, or Afrobeats at Sea may change the ship, itinerary, sailing schedule, ports, arrival times, departure times, or onboard programming for operational, safety, weather, legal, contractual, or other reasons.
A change to an itinerary, port, schedule, or ship does not automatically create a right to cancel or receive a refund, provided a substantially comparable experience is still scheduled to occur.
Guest Conduct
Guests must behave safely, respectfully, and lawfully.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Violence, threats, harassment, or intimidation
- Discrimination or abusive behavior
- Sexual harassment or nonconsensual conduct
- Possession or use of illegal substances
- Damage to property
- Fraud, theft, or deceptive activity
- Dangerous or disruptive conduct
- Violation of cruise-line, venue, event, or governmental rules
- Unauthorized commercial activity
- Interference with performers, staff, vendors, or other guests
Afrobeats at Sea and the cruise line reserve the right to deny admission, remove a guest from an activity, terminate participation, or report conduct to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary.
A guest removed or denied participation because of misconduct is not entitled to a refund.
Alcohol and Personal Responsibility
Alcohol may be available through the cruise line or authorized vendors. Guests must comply with all age-verification, service, safety, and consumption rules.
Guests are responsible for their own conduct, decisions, health, safety, and alcohol consumption.
Afrobeats at Sea reserves the right to deny participation in an activity when a guest appears impaired, disruptive, unsafe, or unable to participate responsibly.
Health, Medical Care, and Accessibility
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to travel and participate.
Guests should notify the cruise line and booking provider of accessibility needs, medical accommodations, dietary requests, mobility requirements, or other special needs within applicable deadlines.
Accommodation requests are subject to availability and the policies and capabilities of the cruise line and vendors.
Medical care onboard or during travel may be limited and may involve additional charges. Guests are responsible for medical expenses, medications, treatment, evacuation, and related costs.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance or travel protection.
Coverage may be available for qualifying circumstances such as illness, injury, emergencies, travel delays, missed connections, job loss, lost luggage, or other covered events.
Insurance is provided by independent third parties. Afrobeats at Sea does not control insurance decisions and does not guarantee that a claim will be approved.
Choosing not to purchase travel insurance does not change the refund or cancellation rules.
Independent Vendors
Cruise lines, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, payment processors, booking platforms, excursion operators, entertainers, photographers, insurers, and other providers are independent third parties.
Afrobeats at Sea is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, failures, policies, representations, or performance of independent vendors except to the extent required by applicable law.
Third-party purchases may be governed by separate terms, policies, and refund rules.
Photography, Video, and Media
Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording may occur during Afrobeats at Sea events.
By entering event areas, guests understand that they may appear incidentally in photographs, recordings, broadcasts, social-media content, promotional materials, or event documentation.
Where permitted by law, guests grant Afrobeats at Sea permission to use such incidental images and recordings for promotional, editorial, archival, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.
Guests should contact event staff regarding any specific privacy or safety concern.
Unauthorized professional recording, commercial photography, livestreaming, or reproduction of performances may be prohibited.
Intellectual Property
The names, logos, slogans, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, website content, event concepts, and other materials associated with Afrobeats at Sea are owned by or licensed to AfroWorld Entertainment LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, published, or commercially used without prior written authorization.

By providing an email address or telephone number, guests consent to receive electronic communications related to inquiries, reservations, payments, policy updates, schedule changes, promotions, and event operations.
Guests are responsible for monitoring the email address used for the reservation, including spam or junk folders.
Transactional messages may continue even if a guest unsubscribes from promotional marketing.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Guests should contact Afrobeats at Sea promptly regarding payment questions, billing concerns, cancellations, or suspected errors.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or eliminate obligations under the booking agreement.
Afrobeats at Sea may provide reservation records, payment authorizations, policy acknowledgments, correspondence, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to a dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in cancellation of the reservation and restriction from future transactions.

Afrobeats at Sea is not responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather or hurricanes
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics or pandemics

- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failures
- Port closures
- Cruise-line operational decisions
- Utility, internet, or technology failures
- Other events that could not reasonably have been prevented
Available remedies will depend on applicable law, vendor contracts, insurance coverage, recoverable funds, and the circumstances involved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, cruise-line, vendor, booking, or payment-processing requirements.
The version accepted at the time of a transaction will generally govern that transaction unless a later revision is required by law or is more favorable to the guest.
