AfroBeats at Sea Pre-Book Terms & Conditions
Pre-Book Reservation, Deposit, & Cabin Guarantee
An AfroBeats at Sea Pre-Book is made by cabin, not as a separate reservation for each individual guest.
Each Pre-Book represents one intended cabin reservation and identifies the selected cabin category and anticipated number of guests occupying that cabin.
The Pre-Book deposit is $250 per guest, subject to a minimum double-occupancy requirement for every cabin. Therefore, the minimum Pre-Book deposit for any cabin is $500. A solo traveler may occupy a cabin alone where permitted, but the cabin remains financially subject to the minimum double-occupancy requirement and requires a minimum $500 Pre-Book deposit.
For example, a cabin for two guests requires a $500 Pre-Book deposit, a cabin for three guests requires a $750 Pre-Book deposit, and a cabin for four guests requires a $1,000 Pre-Book deposit.
AfroBeats at Sea will limit the number of Pre-Books accepted within each cabin category based on available presale inventory. A purchaser who completes the required Pre-Book confirmation process by the stated deadline will be guaranteed a cabin within the cabin category selected at the time of Pre-Book.
A Pre-Book guarantees the selected cabin category, but does not guarantee a particular cabin number, deck, location, bed configuration, or other specific cabin feature unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Pre-Book purchasers will receive advance instructions for completing and finalizing their cabin reservations before remaining inventory is released during the Public On Sale. During the designated Pre-Book confirmation period, the purchaser must complete all required booking information and any other steps required by AfroBeats at Sea or an authorized booking provider to convert the Pre-Book into a confirmed cabin reservation.
If the purchaser does not complete the confirmation process by the stated deadline, the purchaser will lose the exclusive cabin-category guarantee once remaining inventory is released during the Public On Sale. If the Pre-Book has not been cancelled, the amount previously paid may still be applied toward an eligible cabin reservation after the Public On Sale if cabins remain available.
Deposit and Refund Policy
Pre-Book deposits are refundable through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 14th calendar day following the Official Ship and Sailing Announcement.
A $50 administrative cancellation fee applies once per cancelled cabin/Pre-Book reservation, regardless of the number of guests in that cabin. The $50 fee is not charged per person.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@afrobeatsatsea.com before the applicable refund deadline.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Please allow up to 30 days from the date the cancellation and refund request is approved for the refund to be processed and returned.
After the 14-day refund period expires, the Pre-Book deposit becomes nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by AfroBeats at Sea.
Changes and Flexibility
Ship assignments, ports of call, itineraries, sailing dates, schedules, artists, performers, activities, and other programming may be announced, modified, substituted, rescheduled, or changed as planning progresses or as operational circumstances require.
The Pre-Book refund period described above is tied specifically to the Official Ship and Sailing Announcement. Changes involving an individual artist, performer, activity, port, itinerary, schedule, or other element of the experience do not create a new or additional cancellation period unless AfroBeats at Sea expressly states otherwise in writing.
Agreement
By purchasing an AfroBeats at Sea Pre-Book, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the AfroBeats at Sea Pre-Book Terms & Conditions, Terms & Conditions, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You understand that a Pre-Book is not itself a confirmed cabin reservation; that all cabins are subject to a minimum double-occupancy requirement; that the Pre-Book deposit is calculated at $250 per guest with a minimum $500 deposit per cabin; that your selected cabin category is held subject to the Pre-Book confirmation deadline; and that cancellation during the applicable 14-day refund period is subject to one $50 administrative fee per cabin.
You further understand that after the applicable refund period expires, the Pre-Book deposit becomes nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by AfroBeats at Sea.
